Already the middle of the week! The great thing is.. tomorrow is payday, and both my dh and I should recieve our W2's tomorrow so I will do our taxes either tomorrow night or Friday morning! It will be nice to be done with that! It is very chilly this morning, and my feet are so cold that they hurt! I am about to get everyone ready for the day. I would love to stay home and hybernate today, but that is not in the cards!
Today on my plate:
Prebreakfast: 1 slice of fried spam ( hey, I was making dh's breakfast and it smelled good cooking!), 2 cups of coffee each with 1 tbs HWC, 1 tbs sf vanilla syrup, 1 tbs coconut oil.
Breakfast: a mircro bowl ~ eggs & cheese w/ salsa
Lunch: Salad ( lettuce, cucumber, a few pieces of tomatoe), w/ ham & cheese w/ creamy italian dressing
Dinner: Chicken chipless nachos ( grilled chicken strips, covered w/ sour cream, cheese, and 1 100 calorie pack of Wholly Guacamole, and a few lettuce shredds for crunch)
Fluids: Water, coffee, tea, Pepsi Max
Hmm... dont know. Squats, lunges, dips crunches, and I may jump rope for 10 minutes.
