Family Reunion Personal 8 week Challenge

I have 52 days until our family reunion on my mom's side of the family. I was still in Highschool the last time we all got together, but have seen some of the family off and on throughout the years. This is the next biggest thing that is coming up ( which just happens to be the week before Easter) so why not try to hit a good goal by then.

Fifty two days to hit 140. (Right now that is about 22.5 pounds.) I would love to be lower, but if I can do it in this time I will be stoked! Another way to look at it is 8 weeks. That means I need to lose 2 pounds a week ~ in fact a tad more. ACK! It is a high goal, but I am willing to try my hardest to get there.

  2. Good luck with the challenge! when i started setting out towards a specific event, that is what has helped me to stay on track so keep on pushing!
