Amazing! That is how I feel today! Last night on The Biggest Loser, one of the "Trainer tips" was talking about waking your kids to school. I am very guilty of NOT doing that, I take them drop them off and most times run to the preschool to just get ahead. This morning though I felt compelled to walk them to school ( THEY WERE STOKED!), and then I walked home and made my breakfast. I am now about to head out the door to hit the preschool both feet running! That quick walk, energized me especially on the way back, where I could go at a faster pace.
Today on my plate:
Prebreakfast: 2 cups of coffee each with 1/2 tbs HWC, 1 TBS Caramel sf syrup
Breakfast: 4 slices of bacon, 2 fried eggs, water
Lunch: Hot wings w/ Ranch dressing, 1 string cheese
Dinner: Salad, pork tenderloins
Walk kids to school, crunches, pushups, work on arms and shoulders
