Today was a busy day. We went grocery shopping and spent 300 bucks, but I have saved almost 200.00! That is right $500.00 worth of groceries/papergoods/heath and beauty products for only 300.00! THAT is amazing in my book. In that 300 bucks was 6 packs of chicken breast ( normally 5.00 marked to 2.00 and under) 2 packs of breast tenderloins ( priced the same way), 6 T bone steaks, 5 rib eye steaks, 2 large packs of Country ribs, 4 packs of baby back ribs, 1 larg pack of pork steaks, 1 super large lazagna ( I will use to entertain a game night), tons of bathroom products, papertowels, toilet paper, amoung othr things. I really have no need to go grocery shopping except for fruit, fresh veggies, maybe some yogurt, and milk! AMAZING! When we usually spend 150 a week ~ and to get like 1 and 1/4 week free.. that is great!

Today on my plate:
Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee w/ coffee mate fat free vanilla caramel creamer and sf davinci caramel syrup
Lunch: Southern Chicken sand combo w/ a coke
Dinner: 2 ribs, green beans.

28 minutes on Wii fit, and of course the grocery shopping(2 hours worth) and lugging and putting away groceries.

According to thedailyplate, I must intake 1743 calories to burn 1 1/2 lbs a week. Pretty cool. Tomorrow will have a more balanced menu on it. Today was just a "free" day that didn't start out as normal.
