GREAT JOB everyone! I know that when the scale goes up, it can make you feel sick to your stomach. But... remember it is only a tool to aid you in your weightloss journey and shouldn't dominate your entire being.
To figure out percentage of weight loss :
Divide your amount lost/gianed by your starting weight then mulitply by 100.
Amount lost : 9.5 Pounds.
9.5 divided by 168.5 =0.05637982195845697 (which I round to 0.05637)
0.05637 x 100 = 5.637 (which is rounded to 5.64) and that is your percentage
Now, with all this "buisiness" taken care of, I am off for the weekend. I am looking forward to just reading, crafting, and simply enjoying my friends and family.
