SHFS Challenge Week 7 Stats

Week 7 stats are in! It has been a challenging week for most in one way or another, so what a GREAT time to kick it in high gear to finish this last week out!!

This week's highest challenger was ... ME! (Wow!) And the overall leader is .... SASSLE! What a quick change, and a great reason why NO ONE is out of this game yet!

GREAT JOB everyone! I know that when the scale goes up, it can make you feel sick to your stomach. But... remember it is only a tool to aid you in your weightloss journey and shouldn't dominate your entire being.

To figure out percentage of weight loss :

Divide your amount lost/gianed by your starting weight then mulitply by 100.

SW: 168.5
CW: 159.0
Amount lost : 9.5 Pounds.
9.5 divided by 168.5 =0.05637982195845697 (which I round to 0.05637)
0.05637 x 100 = 5.637 (which is rounded to 5.64) and that is your percentage

Now, with all this "buisiness" taken care of, I am off for the weekend. I am looking forward to just reading, crafting, and simply enjoying my friends and family. I will not be on the computer for any length of time until Tuesday. Have a Happy Memorial Day, and know that each of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

  1. Oh boy, I wish I could go out with a bang but I will be PMSing any day now and suffering from the attack of water weight :o) noOoo!! I hope I won't go over my current weight (205) when I weigh in on Wednesday (sniff sniff).

    I need to do another challenge, it helped me lose 15 lbs since last month and I'm so proud of myself :)
