I set out to lose 10 pounds for the month of June. Remember that? Well, guess what!?! I didn't make it! HA!
But... for most of the month I did splurge AT LEAST once a week ( two of those weeks I was on plan for 5 days, off for 2). So, in light of that I will share my stats!
Start weight: 162.5
June 30: 157.5
Amount lost: 5 pounds.
Still 12.5 more to go till goal, though I wish I would have measured myself. I swear, the inches are coming off like crazy, which I have heard that happens. When you are on plan, and being good of course, and the scale is not moving ~ most times it is because your body is losing inches. Yay! That's okay. I am good with losing "ONLY" five pounds this month! I said "only" because that is what my first thought was, until I realized how foolish that thinking is!
So, my starting weight is 157.5 for July. My goal is still to lose 10 pounds for the month. :) I will not give up, and I wil not face this with a negative attitude. :) I am ROCKING this weightloss journey of mine and loving every minute of it!
