Monday: Day off
Tuesday: Abs/ Arms/ Back/ 20 min eliptical
Wednesday: Legs, glutes, abs, 20 min eliptical
Thursday: Abs/ Arms/ Back/ 20 min eliptical
Friday: Legs, glutes, abs, 20 min eliptical
Saturday: (EARLY workout ~ going to stay @ inlaws) Total body strength training ` NO cardio
Sunday: Day off (@ inlaws)

Thoughts:
Getting back to the gym, was the BEST decision I could have honestly made for myself. Will I gain? Possibly from the muscle growth/redistrubution. But I am not worried. I love how I feel working out already! And I am ready for food to be spot on 100 % of the time for a while. :)

    Post before that - sounds like I had a very similar experience this weekend as well, and it continues to live with me - I'm a changed woman. Blog about it later. Isn't God amazing?!!! :)
