Hard to believe that this is the last weekend before school starts! We have a busy day ahead of us, from running errands, grocery shopping, and of course a 4 hour swimfest with friends! Then on to the school to check out the posted list of teachers! Yay!!
I had the BEST breakfast this morning for only 275 calories. It was packed full of healthy fats, a serving of fruit, AND healthy grains! Take ya 2 Nutrigrain (whole wheat) waffles, 1 TBS peanut butter, 1 tsp Polaner all fruit spread (strawberry of course) and make ya a good ol "pb&j"! I would have paired this with a 100 calorie nonfat yogurt if I wasn't out for a fillig breakfast, and a very big mouth pleaser! Or some grapes, berries, 1/2 a banana, or an apple.
