Because today is the perfect day to share on this topic, I am taking a moment to post!
How I feel when I eat off plan.
1. I feel like a failure. Why? Because I give into taste temptations, as well as family pressure.
2. My stomach feels bloated.
3. I spend too much time either needing to go to the bathroom, or I can't stay out of there. There is no equal balance.
4. My fingers, knees, and ankles feel swollen and ache.
5. The mental garbage is awful. ( the first thought is always "lets just starve for a few days". )
6. I am dehyrdated.
7. I feel lazy.
8. I feel fat and frumpy.
9. I cant' stand to look at the mirror or the scale.
10. I am worth more then this.
This is so me today. *sigh*
