Life is getting back on track. Completely! I love it. Clean house. Organized. Tree up, decorated. Outside decorations done. Gifts purchased (not all of them), wrapped and carefully placed under the tree. I feel so much better about things then I did a few weeks ago.
I am ready. Ready to hit the gym again. I didn't cancel my membership and I am glad I didn't. My treadmill is out on loan to my father who is using it to build back his strength. Exercise, purposeful exercise builds a stable mind. AT least for me it does. It makes things run smoother, and my stress levels are down. It's time. Why things are still going well. Maybe getting a head start on it all, will keep me on track for the rest of this year. What a great way to end the year right? On track with food, exercise, and water. Amazing!
