I am feeling much better this afternoon. Much better then I have probably felt in the last three to four days. Eating like crap makes me feel like crap. But I have to say this: my emotions can't handle it either. I sink into a dark place, and I don't like it! What a lessson I have learned, and I am glad that I have learned it. :) It's hard.
Just wanted to throw an update out there. I am feeling my "mojo" come back. Yay!
