Day 1 of 30 of my personal challenge!
Are you ready?
Here's my plan:
Prebreakfast: 2 cups of coffee each w/ 1 TBS HWC & 1 TBS Torani SF Caramel Syrup
Breakfast: 3 egg micro omlet w/ bacon and cheese (and HOT sauce)
Lunch: Salad w/ ham & Ranch Dressing
Dinner: Baked Pork steak, cheese
Snacks if needed: 1 or 2 boiled eggs.
Weight this morning: 151.5 (I am ready to break back out of the 150's. )
