I LOVE the idea of having Spring goals & sticking with them until Summer. I might have to borrow that idea. :)I share that same fear about what happens after I reach goal & I'm pretty sure I self sabotage to keep from figuring it out. Maybe you should try for both #1 & #3. As a life coach or conselor you could help anyone you wanted to. But, the idea of going into schools & working with the teachers on their health sounds like an interesting avenue to me. Afterall, kids learn by the examples they see in their daily lives so helping the teachers set good examples for the kids they teach would be awesome. :)
