A Breakfast worth coming back for
1 packet of Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal (Cinnamon)
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup water (depending on how you like your oatmeal)
1/4 cup Bear naked Granola (protein)
1 cup sliced strawberries
Whether you eat breakfast at 7am, or at 3pm, this is a fantastic meal! It is filling, filled with fiber, and very satisfiying on many different levels.
Add packet of oatmeal and water to a bowl, microwave for one minute. Top with sliced berries and granola. I realize that adding granola adds more oats, but it is amazing to add that texture! Between the creamyness of the oatmeal, the crunchyness of the granola, the berries just pop with their plump juiciness! I can't explain it. It is like what eating should be. I had a meal that touched all the aspects I want at breakfast. Sweetness, wholesomeness, and simply all around goodness.
