I haven't figured out many of my own natural biofeedback (signs that food either agree's or doesn't agree with you). Today, I think I have uncovered a not so good thing.
I heard that these types of citrus tend to mess with those with thyroid issues, but decided that maybe I wouldn't be included into that "theory". Well, today I think I realized I shouldn't eat these. For two days in a row I have had a yummy Satsuma in my lunch and by 4 ish I am feeling gassy and icky.
As I uncover these foods, I plan on keeping track. Just one more signal as to show how we are all made so uniguely.
