Menu plan 1/29 - 2/4

Menu planning is working in my bones today. I have done things differently this time around. I bought groceries first, and now it's time to plan!

B: Pop Tarts, Fruit
L: Pizza Dunkers w/ pizza sauce
D: Chicken and Dumplings (Newer version)
Dessert: Ultimate Chocolate Cake (New recipe)

B: Cinnamon Breakfast Cake
L: Sandwhiches, Chips
D: Chicken Fried Venison, sour cream & onion mashed potatoes, corn on the cob

Dessert: Ultimate Chocolate Cake

B: Cinnamon Breakfast Cake
D: Strogonaf meatlballs, rice, broccoli & cheese, Fresh Bread
Dessert: Ultimate Chocolate Cake

B: Waffles, Scrambled eggs
D: Apricot Glazed Pork Tenderloin, Stuffing, Green Beans
Dessert: Blondies w/ Chocolate Chips

B: Eggs and Toast
D: Chicken Taco Soup w/ cheese, sour cream & Tortilla chips
Dessert: Blondies w/ Chocolate Chips

B: Muffins, milk, fruit
D: Venison Stew, cornbread
Dessert: Blondies w/ Chocolate Chips

B: Cold Cereal
D: Grilled Burgers, french fries
Dessert: fruit

  1. I've been doing the same thing lately. First grocery trip of the week, usually M or T, I grab the cuts of meat and veggies that are on sale, and whatever else I'm craving at the moment, at least 1-2 dinner's worth of fish, and then menu it out, making a second trip on W to buy the rest. By the weekend I usually run out of fruit so it's canned fruit by then if I can't make it to the shops again. Hmmmm...
