Oh MY! These are absolutely DELISH!
2 Rolls of Ready Made Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Or double batch of homemade)
3 8oz Packages of Cream Cheese (softened)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla
Spray 13x9 (or lasagna pan ~ that is what is pictured) with Cooking Spray. Spread one roll of cookie dough in pan. In a large bowl mix together 3 packages of cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs (add one at a time) with a mixer until smooth. Pour over bottom layer of cookie dough. Open second roll of cookie dough and just dollop it along the top covering as much as possible of the cheesecake batter. Bake in a 350* oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden on top and cheesecake is almost set. (It will be a bit jiggly at the end of the 35 to 40 minutes and that is perfect! Allow to cool for half an hour and then place in fridge to chill for AT LEAST four to six hours. Slice and enjoy! This is another recipe that I experimented on with the neighbors and it was a hit!
