Cheeseburger Bombs

Cheeseburger Bombs? Yes Please! This is the "basic" recipe that I use, but please know these are the easiest things to change about to fit your personal taste. Add bacon and jalapeno, change the meat or cheese, just LEAVE the cream cheese!

1# ground meat (Tonight I used turkey, other times I have used beef)
1 8 OZ package cream cheese
1 seasoning packet of ranch
1/4 cup Steak Sauce
1 can Grands Biscuits (I usually need part of a second can)
Shredded cheese
Pam (non stick spray) and foil

Brown meat until fully cooked. Add in steak sauce and turn heat on low. When mixed well, turn off heat add ranch seasoning packet until everything is combined. Add cream cheese, and mix until well incorporated. Preheat oven to 375. Take each biscuit and smoosh until flat. Add in a little less than 1/4 cup of the meat mixture. Add a bit of shredded Cheddar Cheese on top. Fold the biscuit over the meat and seal well placing the sealed side down on a foil lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Place on foil covered cookie sheet. Repeat until all the meat is used. I usually have two cookie sheets and bake them at the same time, rotating the pans from lower to top shelf half way through. Total bake time is about 15 minutes or until all the biscuits are lightly browned! These are pretty dang delicious, and a crowd pleaser for football game gatherings, or just a regular ol Friday Night like tonight.
