Weight loss Wednesday is back!

I have pondered this for quite some time, and I realized that I need to lose weight and there is no better time for me then Summer to get a grip on it! So... starting today ~ I am returning to what I know my body likes, and how well it responds to making the changes necessary!

I am going to blog every Wednesday and ... have decided to give myself a summer challenge! I know that some of you found my blog years ago when I did a couple of public weight loss challenges and I would love for you to join me.

So many areas of my life are thriving, but my health has been put on the back burner for far too long. TOO long! Summer I am home and can really get the weight loss kicked right back in the rear!

The challenge for me starts today ~ June 3, 2015. By August 3, 2015 I would really like to have dropped 20 pounds. *Ideally* I would like to have dropped 30 but I will accept 20. The challenge for me will not stop though until I return to my all time adult low weight and that will end up being a loss of about 47 pounds and I would LOVE to reach that by Christmas this year.
